The work appeals to the human desire to constantly fix and improve objects, situations. An impossible project would be to repair all the cracks in order to bring the object to its prior state. The rock is an invitation to contemplate a certain state of existence and to accept the cracks as part of the object, is a pretext to reflect upon the things that led to the creation of expressive marks that are already part of the object’s identity.
